Kimberly Morse Canova is a Northwest Arkansas family law attorney and certified mediator with more than three decades of experience representing clients in divorce, custody, and other domestic relations matters. A native Arkansan, she has lived in Fayetteville since 1989 and has practiced law in the region since 1992.
Her practice is defined by steadiness and judgment. Kimberly approaches each case with a clear understanding of both the legal issues and the practical realities her clients face. Whether advocating in court or guiding parties through mediation, she focuses on protecting what matters most while working toward resolution that holds over time.
Kimberly has been a certified domestic relations mediator through the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission since 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Hendrix College and her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville.
She holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a Platinum Client Champion—distinctions that reflect both professional excellence and client trust.

Tony Canova serves as Mediation Manager and Client Services Coordinator for Canova Law & Mediation, where he helps ensure that each client’s experience is thoughtful, organized, and well-supported from start to finish. He works closely with clients—especially those navigating mediation without counsel—to help them gather information, understand the process, and feel prepared at every step.
With a calm, steady approach, Tony helps bring clarity to what can otherwise feel overwhelming, allowing clients to focus on reaching meaningful, lasting resolution.
Tony is a graduate of Hendrix College and has been married to Kimberly since 1995.
